Our Team
Paul & Jo
Paul is an elder & has lead responsibility for the team that oversees New Life. He is married to Jo who is the part of the team of church administrators & currently oversees key projects that serve the community.
They love being part of the communities in Fordingbridge, Verwood & Wimborne & are excited to see the Gospel impact people’s lives!

Tim & Karen
Tim is an elder & teaching pastor at New Life. He is married to Karen & both are passionate about seeing people grow in their faith. They oversee the Relationship Courses at NLCC.
They love living in Fordingbridge and being part of what God is doing in our communities

Dale & Michelle
Dale is an Elder & has lead responsibility for Discipleship & Evangelism at New Life. He is married to Michelle who oversees ‘Flourishing Vines’, a women’s ministry at NLCC.
They love Jesus and have a big heart for what he is doing in Fordingbridge, Verwood and Wimborne

Mark & Debbie
Debbie is our Branch Manager and has a real heart for the community. Mark is an elder at New Life Community Church. You might see Mark and Debs serving on the worship team on a Sunday.

Nicky
Nicky is our community projects co-ordinator, who together with our local church families connects with the local community to understand how we can practically support established works (with other local agencies) and how we can pioneer new activity that enables individuals & families to thrive.
It’s a real adventure living for Jesus- 7 years ago I was establishing new food brands into supermarkets and today I get to see what God is passionate about
in the local community and establish those new and exciting ideas & projects that have way more shelf life and impact than anything else I have in involved with!

Beth
Beth is part of our admin team. You will usually find her at the Wimborne site with husband Alex and children Elsie and Solomon.
Beth loves community and loves to meet people for tea.

Michael is our intern at NLCC. Him and his wife Karen live in Downton and have a passion for church planting. Michael is studying at Moorlands College.
