A Light on the High Street

The branch is simply our church on the high street!

It started in April 2019 with a vision of serving the needs of Fordingbridge town and surrounding villages through events and programmes that meet practical & emotional needs of the community.

In 2025 we transformed into The Branch Cafe!

Why does The Branch exist?

To be a light on the high street

We never know who will walk through the doors but we aim to have our light and door open on as much as possible and be a place of hope, love, family & acceptance

To run events that are needed

Working with Schools, Foodbanks, Local Churches, Police & other essential agencies to deliver good events that support individuals & families

To play our part in helping transform the community we live in

We believe that relationships and friendship matter and we want to be a place that encourages community to connect!

About

The Branch Cafe Vision

At Branch Café, we will be a warm and
welcoming hub for our local community.
Our goal is to serve more than just great coffee…

We are committed to building meaningful
connections, offering a space where everyone feels
supported and valued.

Over coffee & cake we aim to signpost
resources, offer a friendly ear, and connect
individuals to local services that enrich their lives.

We are here to befriend, support, and
uplift all who walk through our doors.”

Life saving Coffee

Is the coffee any good?
Does it do good?

We’re proud to serve Mozzo Coffee, known for its rich, smooth flavour and commitment to doing good. This special coffee collection contributes 100% of its profits to funding the extension of The Hospital of Hope on Idjwi Island, DRC. By enjoying a cup, you’re helping provide vital healthcare to the local community, all while savouring a truly exceptional brew.

Pay it forward

Spread the joy

The menu will feature your favourite barista-style coffees and teas alongside delicious sweet and savoury treats.

We want your purchases to do good and this is where we differ to a normal café with our “pay-it-forward” initiative

Through this, customers can purchase a ‘Cup of Joy’ or a ‘Slice of Joy,’ allowing someone facing financial difficulties to enjoy a drink or treat, gifted by the kindness of others.
